Put your money away. There’s no need to shell out a dime to change your life today. The smallest changes with a nonexistent price tag can increase your happiness tenfold and result in an increased quality of life immediately.

Do something different.  If you are too bogged down by work, do not keep thinking about it 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  Do something different.  A change could be doing something to get your mind off the negative things.  Need not be something drastic but it can do wonders in increasing your happiness and it is free.

Having Fun is My Daily Routine

Fun is important to my health. I have a demanding career and family responsibilities and balancing these two extremely important parts of my life is difficult at times. However, I understand that making time for fun is essential to living a happy, fulfilling life. For this reason, I make it a point to inject a dose of fun into my everyday life.

Each morning, I wake up a few minutes earlier than usual in order to indulge in my favorite activities. Sometimes I go walking with my partner or head to the local coffee shop with my best friends. Other times, I simply craft at my kitchen table or watch my favorite television shows that I record just for this purpose.
