I Build Confidence in Myself and Others

Self-confidence is extremely valuable. Because I believe in myself, I can show others how to have faith in what they can accomplish. I see my dreams realized because I have the self-confidence to pursue them without giving up.

I avoid surrendering my dreams. Even if I feel sad or afraid, I know that those emotions are only temporary. I can do anything I put my mind to. Belief in myself helps me to move forward in life.

By showing others that they can be self-assured and brave, I learn a great deal. When I help others, I help myself. My confidence grows when I see others succeed after I have helped them. Their success becomes my success.

I Am Confident Of My Skills

A highly qualified team surrounds me in my workplace. Less confident people may feel threatened by potentially being upstaged. However, I welcome competition in the workplace because it gives me an incentive to reach higher!

I am confident in my skills and ability to advance in my work-related endeavors. My company has confidence in me and hired me because they saw these strengths.

I take every opportunity to excel and keep the competitive edge alive. I ensure that I always present my work and myself in the best light. When my coworkers are commended for a job well done, I am genuinely happy for them. Like me, I know that my coworkers work very hard to maintain their position.

In order to accelerate my career advancement, I ensure that I am always on top of the trends in my industry. I read magazines, journals and blogs to better acquaint myself and hold intelligent conversations about my industry. My hard work is sure to be noticed, as are all of my daily efforts.

Today, I cheer a coworker on! My coworkers are my allies and sometimes my friends. Therefore, I am filled with encouragement to have great colleagues.
